The call button indicator light is on but the receiver can’t get signal, there are usually four common reasons, please judge according to the concrete situations:
- Register – please confirm if the call button has been registered on the receiver.
- Batteries – if the power of call button is low, even the indicator light is on, receiver can’t get signal. The lives of all batteries of Witop call buttons are usually one year or so, if in this time scope, please change batteries firstly.
- Distance – if the receiver can get nearer signal but cannot get longer signal, maybe the reason is that the distance of receiver changed to short which cause not get the signal normally, please contact with factory and send it back for maintenance.
- Bad – the call button itself is bad. The crystal is usually bad, this will cause the receiver cannot signal.
